August/September Favourites!

Hi!
Today is the last day of this "week of posts"!
This week is a comeback, and after this week I will post more blog posts. Soon I will post a haul/review of korean makeup, hope you'll like that!
Anyway, I have quite a few favourites from these past two months, so let's go:

Benefit They're Real Tinted Lash Primer:
This can be used as a primer under your mascara.
So, basically if you use this and a mascara on top, your lashes will look even longer and flawless than if you just used your mascara.
Anyways, I use this on it's own because I like how it looks by itself too. It looks very natural because it's dark brown, but it still lifts your lashes and makes them longer.
www.benefitcosmetics.com/product/theyre-real-tinted-primer

The Body Shop Honey Bronze:
I got this because I saw youtubers like Zoella mention this, and it is really good!
It's easy to work with, and this doesn't look patchy either. It just feels like it blends on to the skin so nicely, so it isn't hard to use either.
I got mine in the shade 5, because the other shades would be too light for me. Perfect for warming up the face and making your tan "last longer"!
Love it
www.thebodyshop.com/bronzing/

Studio 10 Brow Lift Perfecting Liner:
A brow pencil in the shade "Universal", that I got in a Glossybox. Been really enjoying the brow pencil side, the highlight side is quite hard and a colour that I am not a huge fan of.
studio10beauty.com/products/brow-lift-perfecting-liner

Babylips Peach Kiss:
Just a nice, light shimmery bronze colour that I used a lot this summer. It doesn't feel heavy, but unfortunately, babylips dry out my lips when using them a lot.
www.maybelline.com/lip-balm/

Isadora Sculpting Lipliner in 56 Rosewood:
Such a pretty colour!
I bought this because I wanted a lipliner for darker pinks/nudes, and this is perfect. Creamy, pigmented and you don't need to sharpen it.
In this collection that IsaDora brought out (lipliners and lipsticks), there are so many pretty colours that I am going to have to try out!
Elizabeth Mott Makeup Removing Balm:
I haven't actually tried a makeup removing balm before, (so I don't have anything to compare it to). But I really like that it is so gentle and soothing, and it also does remove makeup very well.
I like to remove makeup around my eyes with it, because I have a sensitive eye area.

Can't find a link.

Luxie Brush 504 Large Angled Face Brush:
Got this in a glossybox, and I really love it!
This brush is angled, and can be used for many different things, like bronzer, contour, blush, etc.
It is vegan and cruelty free, and it's so soft too!
I often use this brush with The Body Shop's bronzer, and they work brilliant together.

The Body Shop Pinita Colada Shower Gel:
This is more a summer favourite, but I wanted to mention it anyway. I have basically used this all summer, and at the moment I think I have a little less than half a bottle left.
At the beginning I thought that it didn't smell that special at all. But now I think it smells so much nicer. It kind of smells more when you actually use it.

www.thebodyshop.com/en-gb/gifts/gifts-gift-bags/pinita-colada-gift-essentials/p/p001094

The Body Shop Banana Conditioner:
Been using this since April, and I love it!
I was also a bit suspicious at first how this would smell, but it smells amazing.
It makes my hair very soft too.
Definitely a favourite!

www.thebodyshop.com/en-gb/hair/conditioner/banana-conditioner/p/p000119

The Body Shop Mango Hand Cream:
Three body shop favourites in a row!
This has been a favourite of mine since last christmas.
My hands get very dry when it's getting colder, so I used it a lot last winter. Then spring and summer came and I didn't really use it that much. Now when it's fall/soon winter my hands have become super dry again. So I have started using it much more and I remembered why I loved it so much.
This hand cream is the best one that I have tried.
Although, sometimes I need to have a "super duper dry skin repair special" cream... yeah that's how dry my hands can get:)
Anyway, when my hands get that dry nothing except a special cream works. But if they aren't really that dry, I will use this.
I have only tried the mango scent, but the other scents are probably just as good.
www.thebodyshop.com/en-gb/hands/moisturisers/mango

Isadora Wonder Nail Summer Flirt 514:
Just a good nail polish in such a pretty colour that I really love!

www.lyko.se/isadora/isadora-wonder-nail514-summer-flirt

L.Y.X Cosmetics Nail Drops/Oil:
I might have mentioned this in a favourites of some kind before, but basically it's nail oil that is all natural, with ingredients like vitamins and echinacea.
Your supposed to use it once a day, but sometimes I do forget.
Yeah, a nice oil that you massage in, helps to heal the nail if damaged, etc.

REVIEW: June Glossybox "Pink Planet" 2016!

Hi!
Today I will be doing the last glossybox review for a while.
As I said in my post where I unboxed June's glossybox, my subscription is over and I really want to subscribe again, but I will wait a bit because I want to spend my money on other things too.
I also want to say before I start reviewing the products, that I am sorry for not uploading many blog posts lately, but I haven't had any ideas on what to write about. Anyone reading this can comment on this post or any of my other posts what you would like me writing about:)
Hope you like this review!

PBJ Smoothie Stick Lip Crayon:
This is a creamy lip crayon by the brand "The Beauty Crop". It is a English and natural brand that doesn't test their products on animals, instead they say that they test them on friends and family:)
Anyway, this colour is SO pretty!
It is kind of a mauve, but on my it turned out a little more pink. I will say that I wish it was a little less pinky, but still, I really like this!
I don't know how to describe the scent of this, maybe a kind of natural scent, if that makes any sense. It is matte, which is very trendy right now and I feel like it is a plus if it's natural! I would recommend using a little bit of lip balm under this (if you have dry lips, just to make it smoother). It doesn't try out the lips that much either, not for me anyway.
This is actually one of my favourite products I have ever received in a glossybox!

130 kr/ 11.50 £/ 15 $ for full size.

Icona Milano Emotion Allowed Mascara:
I have only used this once, but it looked nice with one coat, and it was easy to apply. Will continue trying it out!

159 kr/ 14 £/ 19 $ for full size (10 ml)

Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eyeshadow Primer:
I haven't used this on my eyes yet, but when I tried it on my hand, it was really smooth and I felt like it would work very well on the eye area.

170 kr/ 16 £/ 20.50 $ for 10 g.

Glam of Sweden Matte Top Coat:
I was super excited when I saw this in my glossybox! Matte nails are the thing right now, and I was actually going to buy one to try out on my blog.
I have tried it several times, and it made the nails completely matte in less than a minute and also made my manicure last longer. And for the price of it, it's really good!
Comment down below if you want to see a blog post all about this, and I will do it!

39 kr/ 3.50 £/ 4.50 $ for 15 ml.

Before I end this blog post, I want to apologize for not uploading many blog posts this month.
I am currently working on other blog posts, because I will be doing a whole week of posts soon:)

REVIEW: May Glossybox "Wing It" 2016!

Hi!
Today I am back with a glossybox review all about the May glossybox.
Enjoy!

Studio 10 Brow Lift Perfecting Liner:
This is actually a really good brow pen!
It's a good pigmented pen, but I don't really understand the highlighter side, because it is quite chalky. I did read loads of reviews about people loving the highlighter side, but I will continue trying it out. Anyway the other side is great! If anyone is wondering, we got this pen in the shade universal.

260 kr/ 21 £/ 31 $     You can get it here: studio10beauty.com/products/brow-lift

Glam Of Sweden Eyelashes in 013:
I haven't used these yet...

39 kr/ 3 £/ 4.50 $  You can get them here: (I think they only have a IG account: glamofsweden

 Trind Cuticle Balsam:
To be honest, I have only used this like twice, or something, but it was very moisturising for the cuticles, so I will continue using it in the future!

Full size 129 kr/ 10.50 £/ 15 $.
You can get it here: www.trind.com/se/products/trind-cuticle-balsam

L.Y.X. Cosmetics Nail Drops:
This is probably one of my favourite products I have ever got in a glossybox. I can tell a difference on my nails after using this a month!
First of all, my nails have been growing longer faster. The skin around my nails is quite sensitive and I easily get hangnails that start bleeding and become bigger, and this has really helped. I have used this on my nails every night and I love it!
And a plus is that this is natural as well, and not that expensive!

Full size (8 ml) 99 kr/ 8 £/ 12 $.
You can get it here:
lyxcosmetics.com/lyx-one-step/

Snail Bee High Content Mask by Benton Cosmetics:
I haven't used this, because I am not that interested about putting a snail and bee mask on my face.
It's just my opinion anyway, it might be amazing though, I really don't know.

16 kr/ 1.30 £/ 2 $ for one pack
You can get it here: www.amazon.com/Benton

Glossybox June 2016 Pink Planet Unboxing!

Hi!
Today I am back with a blog post about June's Glossybox!
This will be my last glossybox unboxing for a while, because my 6-month subscription is over. But I will definitely subscribe to glossybox again soon!
Also, the review for May's glossybox will be up soon (if it isn't already up when your reading this), and at the end of this month/beginning of July, the review for this box will be up. Sorry this post is a bit late, but my glossybox was quite late this month.

PBJ Smoothie Stick Creamy Lip Crayon (Full Size):
What Glossybox says about it:
Colorful lipstick pen that nourishes and moisturizes the lips. The beauty crops products are based on natural ingredients and the PBJ smoothie stick includes almond butter and goji berry, full of antioxidants.
What I think about it:
So fun to get another lip product from glossybox! Anyway, I swatched this on my hand when I first got it and OMG it glided on soooo smoothly and it is so pigmented! This kind of shade is very on trend right now, and it is gorgeous!!!
Also, a big plus is that it's a natural product! Yesss!
(I will be using this so much this summer, let me tell you..)

130 kr/ 11.50 £/ 15 $ for full size.

Icona Milano Emotion Allowed Waterproof Mascara (Full Size):
What Glossybox says about it:
Intense, black mascara that allows all emotions. The water-resistant formula is ideal in summer and can handle both water and high humidity. Apply with a zigzag motion for maximized volume. Not enough? Put another layer on!
What I think about it:
So many mascaras these past 6 months, but I am not complaining!
I feel like I have heard someone on YouTube talking about it? Anyway, when I opened this, the wand just glided out super easily, and the wand was very basic and original, I haven't had that much luck with like huge wands.

159 kr/ 14 £/ 19 $ for full size (10 ml)

Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eyeshadow Primer:
What Glossybox says about it:
A silky primer that gives your eye shadows more intensity and will make your eye makeup last longer. It also helps avoid the eyeshadow creasing into lines on your eyelids.

What I think about it:
I feel like an eyeshadow primer is something you need if you use eyeshadow, but isn't really that interesting to go out to the stores and buy.

170 kr/ 16 £/ 20.50 $ for 10 g.

Glam of Sweden Matte Top Coat:
What Glossybox says about it:
Create trendy nails with this quick-drying top coat applied over your favourite nail polish for a matt finish. Easy and fun to use to create nail art. Try to paint half the nail for a subtle but cool look.
What I think about it:
I was actually thinking about getting one of these the other day!
So, I have actually already tried this out, and so far, so good!

39 kr/ 3.50 £/ 4.50 $ for 15 ml.

Rihanna RiRi EdP Spray:
What Glossybox says about it:
Rihanna's latest fragrance RiRi is a flirtatious fragrance that you can wear day and night. RiRi is Rihanna's nickname and the scent reflects her personality. Passionfruit, honeysuckle and freesia gives a floral freshness.
What I think about it:
Fun to get a fragrance in a glossybox!
These past 6 months there has been no perfumes or body mists.
I actually quite like the smell of this EdP!

325 kr/ 29 £/ 38.50 $ for full size (30 ml).

May Glossybox 2016 "Wing It"!

Hi!
This month's glossybox is called "Wing It", and they mean just doing something and giving it a chance, especially now in the summer.
Also, "Wing It" can still be related to beauty, and that's what glossybox is all about.
The concept of this box, is probably one of my favourite ones, but the actual products in the box, kind of disappointed me.

Full size!
Studio 10 Brow Lift Perfecting Liner:
What glossybox says about it:
Define, shape and frame your face with this brow fixer from Studio 10! The creamy double-ended pen has on one side a universal shade and on the other side a light reflecting highlighter that gives your brows a lift.
What I think:
I like that this brand helps support a good cause, which is always a thumbs up!
Also fun to get a makeup product, I feel like it's been a lot of skincare in my recent boxes.

260 kr/ 21 £/ 31 $     You can get it here: studio10beauty.com/products/brow-lift

Glam of Sweden False Eyelashes:
What Glossybox says about it:
Give your lashes a real wow effect with false eyelashes from Glam of Sweden! Measure the fray toward where the eye and cut if necessary the outer edge. Apply glue to the edge, wait 30 seconds and secured as close to your lashes as possible.
What I think:
Different to get lashes in a beauty box!
Don't really have anything more to say about these yet.

39 kr/ 3 £/ 4.50 $  You can get them here: (I think they only have a IG account: glamofsweden

Trind Cuticle Conditioner:
What glossybox says about it:
Water-based conditioner that restores and prevents dry and cracked cuticles.
The moisturising ingredients also improves nail growth. Apply on cuticles and allow the product to sink in, massage in the remains.

What I think:
I do like that we get nail products as well!
But, the next thing is basically the same thing as this.
And I prefer the next thing.
So, I think glossybox could have just included one of these products...

Full size 129 kr/ 10.50 £/ 15 $.
You can get it here: www.trind.com/se/products/trind-cuticle-balsam

L.Y.X. Cosmetics Nail Drops:
What glossybox says about it:
A nail oil with a unique blend of natural oils that strengthen soft nails, and increases the flexibility of hard and brittle nails. Massage in daily for healthy beautiful nails and cuticles.
What I think about it:
This is probably my favourite thing in the box.
It's natural and it also smells good!

Full size (8 ml) 99 kr/ 8 £/ 12 $.
You can get it here:
lyxcosmetics.com/lyx-one-step/

Benton Cosmetics Snail Bee High Content Mask:
What glossybox says about it:
Nourishing fiber mask with highly concentrated essence based on botanical ingredients. It suits all skin types and provides a moisturizing, lifting and soothing effect on the skin. Place over your face and leave for 20-30 minutes.
What I think about it:
No...
Ok, yes it's natural and good which is always good, but it's contains bee venom and snail "slime"...
And this was the first thing I saw when I opened the box, and I was not excited.
Nope!

16 kr/ 1.30 £/ 2 $ for one pack
You can get it here: www.amazon.com/Benton

So...
I am not impressed about the mask, and I basically got two of the same kind of products, but from different brands. I just think this box could have been much better!

NOTD #1 + Tutorial!

HI!
Today I wanted to do a notd (nails of the day), because I feel like I don't do any nail posts on my blog!...
Also, I really like my nails today!

                                               White Ombre Nails

You Will Need:
*3 nail polishes of your choice for the ombre.
*1 nail polish that will be the main colour, (in my case white).
*A sponge.
* A q-tip to clean up around the edges with.
*A school/ paper glue that doesn't contain loads of chemicals.
*Tape.
*A pair of scissors.

1. Start off with applying glue (I used paper/school glue for kids), and make sure to not put on a too thin layer of glue.
Also avoid getting glue on the nail.
(Don't do this if you have any cuts, etc around your nail, you don't want to get any glue in them!).
When the glue has dried, apply base coat to protect the nail.

2. Apply three different shades of nail polish on to a sponge, as seen on the picture.
I used a darker shade at the top, and gradually changing to a light pink.
To do this, just put three strokes of nail polish without mixing them together.
I applied a generous amount to the sponge.
(For info about the nail polishes I used, also where you can buy them, the details will be at the end of this post).

3. The glue should have dried by this point, so you can now dab the sponge onto the nail the create a ombre effect.

4. Apply a top coat of your choice, once the nail polish has dried a bit.
I used my favourite top coat EVER!
(Details at the end of this post :)

5. Once everything has dried, pull the glue of carefully.
Quite a satisfying feeling pulling the glue off actually:)

6. Use a pair of scissors, and cut small stripes of tape of, or use nail tape if you want.
Put the two stripes on to the nail with the ombre effect, in any way you want to. (I put them in a V shape).

7. I used a white nailpolish by H&M on the ombre effect nail, and also on all th other nails.

8. When the nail polish has dried, pull the tape of carefully.

9. And then apply another coat of top coat on to ALL the nails...

10. Clean the edges up using a q-tip.
And that is everything!
Of course you can use different shades, and have the ombre effect on more then one nail. Go on and experiment with this!

 What nailpolishes I used:
*H&M's nail polishes in the shade
Purple aura (purple): Can't find it:(
Ice cold milk (white): www.hm.com
Random metallic pink (no longer available to buy), but it is from this company, and they sell other nail polishes now: www.lindex.com/se/beauty
Basic pink shade: www.depend.se
Seche Vite Top Coat: seche.com

HAUL: Viva La Diva Products!

Hi!
I won a giveaway of 10 Viva La Diva products, and so I thought I would show you what I won!
(Btw this company does not test their products on animals,
it's totally cruelty-free!)

All of the things I got, came in this sequin bag, with their logo on it, (and everything is from Viva La Diva).
It was full of stuff, and they were not damaged or anything.
Here is what I got inside:

Wheat Germ Nail Oil:
This oil is supposed to soften your cuticles, and add moisture to the nail.
This is based on wheat germ, which I have never heard about before.
Quite fun to receive a nail oil, since I have never tried one before!
If any of you have tried it before, make sure to comment your opinions on this interesting nail oil!
I haven't tried this yet, and when I have, I might to a review on it.

 Blue Glitter Pencil Eyeliner:
This is probably my least favourite product that I got, because first of all the packaging.
It's just SO glittery!
The glitter gets everywhere!
And it looks pretty, but no, it doesn't really work out.
When I swatched it on my hand, it got quite clumpy if you press hard, and it's not that pigmented either.
I feel like it would be quite hard applying it though.
But, I haven't really tried it yet, so I can't say too much.
We will see if I even get around to using it.

Eyeshadow Stick Mrs Dj:
This eyeshadow stick though.... it is one of my favourite things I received!
It looks kind of like a other eyeshadow I have from a palette, that is from the same brand.
Anyway, it is really pretty, and I am looking forward to using this.
It says on the packaging that there is a sharpener, but I haven't figured that out yet...

 Volume Longlasting Black Mascara:
If you can't see it on the picture, I haven't opened this yet, there is still plastic around it.
Simply because I already have quite a few mascaras opened, but I might do a review on this further on, I am quite curious how well this mascara will work.
I also really like the packaging of this, it's similar to their lipsticks that I also got.

Domed Eyeshadows:
677 Posh
These three eyeshadows are quite, lets say more unusual colours, I think.
When I have swatched them, I can see that there will be fall out eyeshadow when you apply it to the lid.
The purple one called posh, is probably the least pigmented one, and it's just not really a colour I would wear.
I can do a separate post about these if you would like to see swatches!

678 Halo
This is the one I would most likely use.
It looks yellow, but when you swatch it, it's a gold shimmer eyeshadow.
Maybe it would be good for highlighting?
Again, it's not that pigmented, but I think it is the best pigmented out of the three.

679 Misty Green
The last one is called misty green, and I think that is a good name for this one, since if you look closely, it's actually green/grey and shimmery.
But, I don't know if I will really like it, again, it's not really a shade I would go for.
So we will see how I like it after properly trying it.
You got to keep a positive attitude!:)

Dip Eyeliner Metallic Green:
This is a metallic green eyeliner! I have never really seen anyone wearing this shade of eyeliner, and tbh I don't think I will use this either.
When I swatched it, I noticed it was quite pigmented and dried fast.
So, if I got this eyeliner, but in black, I think it would be quite a good one.
If you are looking for a metallic green eyeliner, then this seems like a good one.
But, since I have only swatched it once, I can't really say that much about it.

Creme Lipsticks:
56 Love Affair
(I will be doing a separate post on these, so I won't write that much about them here)
These are creme lipsticks with softening vitamin E.
I have heard several youtubers talk about the one called Euphoria, and it is a really purple lipstick with good pigmentation!

97 Euphoria
These lipsticks do not try matte, they are supposed to soften and moisturise the lips, so I would say they are like lipsticks and lip balms at the same time.

I am very happy that I won all of these new things to try out!
This is not sponsored btw.
Also, sorry for not posting for a while, did loads of posts before, just took a little break.
Hope you liked this!
Byeeee:)
